This blog is written for the parents and caregivers of children with language delays to provide ideas and strategies from a licensed and ASHA certified Speech Pathologist to help you supplement your child’s speech and language therapy. The blog will also track the journey to final publication of my series. I started this blog to help families who have children with language delays, because, as a speech pathologist, I realize that the average family often cannot afford to provide speech and language therapy to their child more than once or twice per week. This blog will offer communication enhancement suggestions, material ideas and quick lessons to help you facilitate language development for your child with language delays.
